printed & plated iron (the creme de la creme of printed badges)

printed & plated iron (the creme de la creme of printed badges)

the crème de la crème of printed badges.

  • choose printed & plated where you are going to have areas of exposed metal on the front face of the badge and you want these to be bright & shiny.
  • If your design is to be fully printed across the entire surface of the badge, then choose from printed steel, brass or aluminium - there is no point in paying for a plating finish that is only going to be visible on the reverse of the badge!!
  • where the metal keylines that are required in enamelling cannot be used, then printing is the right choice
  • printed onto iron and cut to your desired shape
  • printed in either pantone spot colours or offset
  • please note that white would be considered as 1 spot colour
  • plated to a finish of your choice, including gold, nickel, silver, copper, antique gold, antique nickel, black nickel, black dye, antique copper
  • coated with clear epoxy to protect the print area
  • fitted with a butterfly clutch fitting, or turned into a cufflink, brooch, earring or necklace.
  • why not have us supply in a presentation box for the complete finish?
  • min order qty 100 pcs
